Erin Ballard is co-owner of Elm Farm Learning Center and has been working with horses for over 10 years, with more than five years of experience in farm management. Certified through The HERD Institute since 2021, she is passionate about equine and farm management, compassionate and knowledgeable horse care, and creating meaningful equine-facilitated learning experiences. In addition to facilitating EFL sessions, Erin also teaches hunter jumper riding lessons, combining horsemanship with confidence-building and skill development.
