Iria Doescher is co-owner of Elm Farm Learning Center and has been certified through The HERD Institute since 2023. She leads administration and outreach, bringing strong equine experience and a passion for supporting personal growth through connection with horses and nature. Iria has helped develop programs focused on supporting mothers and underserved communities throughout the region, inspired in part by her own experience as a mother of five.
