Elm Farm Learning Center was founded on the belief that meaningful growth happens through connection, experience, and community. Since opening in July 2025, we have created a welcoming farm environment where individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities can learn, grow, and build confidence through hands-on experiences with horses and nature.

With the early support and collaboration of The Craft School at Mill Hollow Works, Elm Farm Learning Center began building programs centered around experiential learning, community connection, and accessible opportunities for personal growth. Today, we offer equine-facilitated learning programs, volunteer opportunities, and community partnerships designed to support communication, leadership, confidence, and real-world skill development in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Our team brings together experience in equine care, farm management, education, and program development, along with a shared passion for compassionate horsemanship and meaningful community engagement. We believe horses have a unique ability to teach presence, trust, responsibility, and self-awareness, and we are committed to creating programs that are empowering, accessible, and grounded in connection.

As Elm Farm Learning Center continues to grow, our mission remains the same: to create a space where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired — and where both horses and humans can thrive together.
